Drivers must share with the provider a photo of their driver’s license (Driving License A) or International Driving Permit.
2.
Drivers must share with the provider a photo of their identity card (KTP/Passport/KITAS).
3.
Drivers must share with providers their social media account names (Instagram/Facebook/Twitter/LinkedIn).
4.
All documents presented must be original, complete, valid and match the name used in the order

The provider has the right to refuse the order if the documents submitted are proven to be false.
6.
All special requests are subject to provider availability and may incur additional charges.
7.
If the rental provider cannot fulfill the renter’s special requests (e.g. all cars with odd number plates are fully booked).

Drivers must show a valid driving license (SIM A) or international driving permit
2.
Drivers must show their KTP or Passport.
3.
Drivers must be between 18 – 60 years old.
4.
Rentes must pay all rental fees up frint when handling over the unit.
5.
The security deposit will be returned directly upon pick-up the car.
6.
Drivers can take photos of the vehicle as documentation before using the car. Make sure the car is returned in the same condition as before.
7.

1.
Renters must return the car by the end of rental time written on their voucher.
2.
The provider will not provide refunds for early returns of cars.
3.
The renter must return the car in the same condition as received.
4.
Renters who return the car with less fuel than when they were picked up will be charged the difference in fuel.
5.
The provider reserves the right not to return the deposit if the vehicle is damaged or if the renter violates the law or rental policy during the rental period.
6.
The provider is not responsible for any property left in the vehicle after the vehicle has been returned.
1.
Overtime fees will be charged if the rental exceeds 24 hours per day.
2.
Overtime fee is IDR 50,000 / hours.
3.
Overtime of more than 4 hours will be charged as a full days rental.

Renters must return the car no later than the rental end time written on their voucher.
1.
In the event of an accident, the renter is required to submit to the provider all documents required by the insurance company, including but not limited to an identity card (KTP or passport) and drivers license.
2.
The renter will bear the Self Risk fee of IDR 500,000 for each accident (per panel).
3.
The renter will bear the Total Loss Risk cost of 75% of the new price of the car if the car is lost.
4.
If an accident occurs caused by the renter which results in damage to the rental vehicle of more than 40%, the renter will be charged an insurance claim fee and a fine of 75% of the daily rental fee if the rental vehicle must be repaired and cannot be used.
5.
Disputes between parties will be resolved through consensus deliberation. If a consensus is not reached within 30 days, then the settlement will be carried out at the Bali District Court.
